Really good watch. If the interview with the woman who was part of the Revolution's literacy program interests you, there's a book by Margaret Randall called Women in Cuba: 20 Years Later that talks about these sort of programs the revolution got up to and how it transformed their society from what was essentially enslavement to one with the highest literacy rates and advanced healthcare in the world.

Lol. Yeah 12 freaking years. Dang. Thank your subscribers, they really are the reason this site is still up. I am hoping to get us moved to a cheaper host in the next few months as SE has been very close to costing me money for a long time and I haven't decided what I'll do when that happens. Cheaper hosting should help put that off for a while.
I also don't know what I'll do if the US sunsets Section 230. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. Thanks for sticking around. Hope y'all are staying safe out there.

His book Blackshirts and Reds completely reframed my understanding of geopolitics and opened me up to a number books from revolutionary writers in the third world I never would have been able to truly appreciate.
