I only take actual cabs. I worked for DMV for 22 years and know how exploitative "medallion holders" are with drivers, and really, they are terrible if not actually mobbed up.
That said, they have rules that they pretend to be bound by, unlike the ride share fuckers who deny that they are in the transportation business and make a Port Au Prince pimp look positively ethical. |

Tax "unrealized" capital gains. If it is can be used as collateral, it is realized. Either it's a real gain, or it's not real.
