Bill Burr stirred the internet pot a bit a couple weeks ago answering a question on his podcast about taxing 70% on anything over 10 million with an angry rant. On a later episode he reiterated what he was trying to argue on a similar question he received:

Bill Burr is one of those guys that can hit the nail on the head one minute and not understand marginal tax rates the next.
