You’re going to have to try a little harder to contribute to coherent conversation, which may require more than just using the pull-down menus and then serving up a Dadist assortment of “crimes” – some imaginary, some not, but none relevant to the discussion.
Your initial post was suggesd we demonize each wave of newcomers – hence my using your quote:
"They did the same thing with the last ethnic group to immigrate en masse, and the group before that, and the one before that, etc etc etc."
The “crimes” you site are irrelevant to that assertion. Buddhists in France and the US, England and Canada, are quiet as church mice. Ditto Christians. The Buddhist article is totally out of context, and cranky though those monks can be, they don’t fly jets into skyscrapers, and they aren’t about to start.
British Colonialism saved millions of lives, played a unique, lasting and valiant role in stopping slavery – the greatest civilizational accomplishment of humanity to date. (BTW - The Muslims’ affection for that trade is long and sordid and continues to this day – Muhammad loved slavery, and his followers are nothing if not good at emulating the behaviour of the Last and Greatest Prophet - PBUH).
The best of course is “the Anglican Complicity in the Genocide in Rwanda” – that’s a piss and a half. No wonder you saved that for last
