Apparently this was used by Taylor Parker in Texas as part of her scheme to murder her friend and steal her unborn baby.

This is the first I'm hearing about Taylor Parker. Is there a thorough source? (yes, I'll google, but just in case there is a well known all-in on the matter)

Google will server you up plenty, but the short version is she killed her pregnant friend to steal the baby, and apparently used this stuff to trick people to thinking she was pregnant at the same time to make it believable when she showed up with a baby.
