I'm in Ontario Canada and in a major city.
Masking has gone down and surprise! we have more COVID cases.
Most of the people are either chin-masking, nose masking or just not wearing masks at all even in mandated areas.
And distancing?
a hell of a lot less than they should.
A large group of those are the "financially and socially disenfranchised" even when they are wandering around with their new iphones out.
