Weird. QAnon has every characteristic of a religion, except that it doesn't have any spiritual aspects.

The spiritual aspect is just window dressing, for if/when you want to appeal to the masses. When you're building up a cult the important thing is to focus on someone to deify, or someone to demonize, or both.

In my defense, up until late april,I was literally locked down in an old folks home up in Jax. So I actually don't know what things were like on the outside. When my grandfather passed I expected to emerge from the place like at the end of I am Legend; just me and my cat wandering down empty roads. And the weekend of the funeral it was pretty dead, but by May when I was completely free of the place most of the "restrictions" were expiring.

Thank you. Yeah, things got pretty hairy towards the end there with most of my life revolving around his schedule for meds, feedings, bathings and whatnot. So trying to restart my life from scratch amidst all this is surreal, to say the least.
