I'm honestly more interested in how she lived so long without feeling pain and without harming herself. Usually kids born with these kinds of mutations do things like gouge out eyes, bite off lips/tongue, etc. at a very, very young age because they're missing that critical biological feedback of "don't do that, idiot."
