Northern Sweden has shit trains. Only recently a track along the coast was laid. The old track run inland away from russian naval cannons.

And of course they tried to run italian trains on it. Temperature dipped below zero and everything came to a halt.
They ended up paying for a taxi for us. From Sundsvall in this thumb, to a point right between Östersund and Sundsvall.
