Speaking of imported food/beverages, has anyone had any experience with Jun tried that kombacca stuff, but to tart for me though. Would it be worth the hassle to find a culture. |

My ex was a big kombucha lover. We made our own, and it's super easy and cheap. If you want less tart, just stop the process a little sooner and stick it in the fridge. I liked it less tart than my wife, so she'd just pour off a bit from the big jar for me a couple days before she thought it was to her taste.
We used to ferment it with fresh strawberies, blackberries, wineberries from the garden, or dried apples and peaches in the colder months. Good stuff. |

Jun is delicious; bright, sweet and green tea musky along with whatever flavor is imparted by the raw honey. Uniquely delightful.
