Don't honestly have the issue much. I can remember being satisfied and i can remember saying, "Really??".
I seem to remember having more actual problems getting satisfaction with smaller local businesses than with big companies.

Lemme just say I spent 21 years in the business of consumer complaints against businesses. My threshold for being pissed about things and what i do about it have been deeply influenced by this, and your results may vary.
