Not as good as LDraw but very cool and easy. This is sketchup and LDraw is more like solid works.
check out Ldraw.org for a more complex interface and I believe over 6000 lego parts.

Not quite as many part available as LDraw, and doesn't allow advanced techniques (i.e. unofficial connections between parts), but much easier to get started with.

Yeah, for some reason I was thinking that, too. The buildwithchrome is simple, but you only get like 10 parts. Granted, they're the parts that I'd use the most anyways, but it's pretty simple.
