This guy is road-rage and a can of Axe incarnate in a fake uniform, but he falls short of the usual crap that police impersonators do, which is pull over attractive random members of the public on dark roads and physically/sexually assault them.
He's over the line, just not in a way that gets him shut down instantly. Had he not so thoroughly documented his own power tripping, it would be hard to charge him with more than traffic infractions and disturbing the peace. That's, of course, what makes this interesting. Not so obviously guilty that he's one-and-done, but not far enough from the line to be a garden-variety asshole. He's basically Schrodinger's piece of shit. |
