A great feature that … the YouTube link has a tracklist but there's some 2012 post with more details, supposedly marking this a rare tape.

I'm a hip hop head, but I'm also a West Coast (of the US) guy, so I'm not familiar with 90% of the songs or artists, but I'm going to give it a listen when I can. Thanks for this.
