Love the quick-drop of the word "some" in the women scientist headline. Half the engineers in some Central-American countries are women as well. Of course it's one tiny country (Costa Rica) that has a 8-1 proportion of women-men (WTF is in the water there??).

Great spot to park the boat, low cost of living, awesome beaches, and they are the only country in C.A. that doesn't have a military.
