Faith in Jane is pretty good. Saw them at a bar in Maryland once. Have been meaning to buy some of their stuff but just haven't yet.

While originally an effort from a US music blog I only knew about the Australian edition (thumb) being curated by another podcaster. Turns out this is a whole range of samplers!
