If you don't have a successful ecosystem (e.g. Google/Android), you will have this problem.
So is water, electricity, gas. But I see the point. Best Buy don't sell CDs on the floor anymore (at least the ones I've been to). Only Blu-Ray and video games. If you have Comcast Cable or Verizon FiOS, you can buy movies that "live in the box," provided you don't switch services. Napster, and the various programs and sharing protocols that were created because of it, was really huge in the early 2000s. Younger people now don't even know what torrenting is. Most of them know of streaming sites because they have a brother or someone older show them the ways. The last CD I burned was for my mom who wanted a Queen mix cd. Bucking that trend is the resurgence of vinyl. |
