I would say I'm surprised Disney is being allowed to buy all these companies... but that's the wrong word for it. Disney gets their way.

Remember a simpler time when it was uncertain whether mergers and acquisitions would be allowed due to the potential of creating a virtual monopoly? Pepperidge Farm does.
