See, that's the problem with free healthcare. In America she could've said, If you sew it back, I can't afford to pay you. They would've kicked her out, and she would get her money.

The latest news says that after the hand was sewn back on, doctors found frostbite marks on it. She was putting the hand into freezer for it to die off.
